Shumaila Ejaz

I’m Shumaila Ijaz, a clinical psychologist with 25 years of experience working with clients of all ages and genders. I earned my Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Punjab University and received specialized training in Existential and Health Psychology in the UK. Additionally, I am a certified Reiki Master (UK), integrating holistic healing techniques into my practice.

With a profound understanding of clinical psychology, my approach combines evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with existential insights and holistic health perspectives. I offer comprehensive psychological support, specializing in couples therapy, addressing marital problems, and guiding individuals through various concerns. I offer services in English, Urdu and Punjabi. 

In my role as a therapist at the Ijaz Psychiatric Institute, I provide a nurturing environment for individuals and couples to explore their challenges. I have expertise in children with learning disorders and spectrum. I am CEO of Lahore Institute of Specialized Counseling and Assessment (LISCA), an institute for slow learning children from nursery to grade 10th. Grounded in empathy and a diverse range of therapeutic expertise, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve holistic healing, personal growth, and lasting well-being.
